@mitch2701 I didn't use any NEBing on the inside route. When you get over a certain speed, a slam will not shift you sidewayds quick enough to get through that gap after the first log. It's already like trying to thread a needle as it is.
Sometimes you can get through that gap quite fast, but then you end up in the trees on the right hand side of the rally route.
Your waterfall jumps are the best part of this run, each of which brushed the right wall once you landed which plants your wheels to the ground over that bump ... apart from that several of your Max Boosts looked a little too short. Lap conversion was probably perfect ... all in all it's a great run because of key places, just needs a little touching up. I reckon a 3:41 may even be possible here and perhaps a 3:41 is possible for the Plugger too. Might get back into this combo. Cool video.
I dived deep into the 1:43s in TA on this combo using this route ... it's still currently one of the largest gaps between 1st and 2nd of any combo. Judging by the long white line on my ghost map, however, it would seem I didn't save along the first straight before the R1 Slam like you ... I think I'll have possibly taken the boost to the point of maxing, then used NEB until the Slam, then used any remaining boost and continued maxing from there. Looks like I saved into the 2nd split too.
Just WOW! I have been working on a river run with the monster for a while now. Its not much slower and with a little tweeking I think it could be good. I just purchased the dazzle so mabey that will be my first video.
You know, ages ago I experimented with taking the rig thru the trees like people with MT's would do, but never could get that slam just right and gave up on it. even if I actually avoided hitting things, it seemed I would get too much air coming thru. you obviously have it lined up perfectly and maintain a lot of speed after the slam. It's cool to see different routes provide similar times. Nice job Lewis!
Still one of the scariest MSPR vids I've ever seen in terms of speed and handling..

can't believe i never commented on this, it's so impressive!
I'll definitely be trying to match this, do you remember if there was any NEBing in the combo?

@LewisHamiltonMSPR ahh ok thanks, do you think it would just be better taking the outer route?
