@Thatcrazedtroll35 If you factor out the USAS, the 870 is by far the most effective shotty. The range on the 870's buckshots is almost equivalent to a slug of most others, can get 2-3 shots at mid range and kill them without issues. I'd say some shotties/elements are overpowered, while others are vastly underpowered. Remember the slugs in BC2? Saiga with slugs was actually a sniper rifle, you could HS from long range

@Thatcrazedtroll35 He is using the Dart, which is an equivalent to the slugs on shotguns which is MEANT for mid range encounters. Most slugs in this game are broken and useless, so its nice to see a shotgun do some damage. Point is, the RoF is quite slow, and so is the reload. You need to be very crisp with your aim to do well with this. My aek will eat any kiddos who spam this gun claiming its OP. The poster obviously knows how to aim...

Yup, i just unlocked everything for everygun and started using the M320 Mass as it was the last shotgun i hadn't used and i can tell you, having used every other shotgun the M320 Mass is the most powerful shotgun, although i was using the standard buckshot but now i'm intrigued with the dart. @GranadaDeFumasa Well, you wanna know something, you see the USAS-12 with frag ammo, its the same with M26 frag ammo, the only difference is the fact that the USAS is auto and has top 11 bullets to relase in 3-4 secs, with the M26 Frag, it gets unloaded within 10 secs and has top 6 rounds, apart from it, the M26 frag its just as effective as a M1014 Frag round shotgun. I personally dont use it, however i sometimes like to think that i have a KH2002 semi and an explosive launcher

@WickedTheInsane I'd say the M26 is as effective as the 870 shotgun with frags. Their ROFs are similar. The M1014 fires a bit faster but I know what you mean. That's what I meant when I said the M26 frag is crap. I sometimes use it on my KH like you or even better on my favorite gun the AN94 but I kill more easily with the gun itself rather than the frag rounds:)

@GranadaDeFumasa Sorry for double response, i just wanted to state that a shotgun with Frag rounds kills with 2 impacts in the enemy body anyplace, and 1 in the head, any range, if you point at highest in sky im sure you can easily kill a sniper at around 100-150 mts, thats what i used to do with the USAS-12 and a M145 scope, which is totally unfair, so eventually i realized and stopped that crap.

@maxxieboy12345 You unlock the M26 Dart by using the M26 Mass. The M26 mass can be selected instead of a Medical kit. I use the AS VAL with ACOG and laser sight but prefer the KH-2002 now.
