i just finished suikoden 2 and got the ending where jowy, kyle(the hero) and nanami leave for new adventures, i rly missed the feeling of a great rpg, watching jowy play with pilika in this video made me giggle. And watching Clive running was awesome, mysterious as always.

Suikoden 1 and 2 were pretty good but the rest... theyre like nightmares, its cool if you have suikoden 1 save and then play suikoden II the suikoden 1 main char will be there in late game and he will be overpowered

@aarnes6 But I will agree with you on one thing.... The rest of the other Suikodens don't even come close. Suikoden III was... passable, if you complete the game with Chris or Gedo-- but then if you do that you don't get their interesting side stories. So you're kinda forced to go with the kid (whos name I can't even remember-- shows how worthless he was as a character). Suikoden IV and V were just god aweful... I don't think they'll ever go back to the way things were.

Suikoden can make a good: movie (anime AND live action), manga series, tv series, and a whole lot more! maybe they can make a graphic novel out of it :)

@astigmatismexpert103 ur crazy, suikoden cant be made to any of those, expect for manga propably, the story line is the same in every game (yay i got a castle, yay supreme evil, yay the main charachters closest friend dies) And also, the suikoden world is pretty messed up.

@aarnes6 Took what too far? Suikoden II was the pentacle of storytelling and character development. It easily beats the entire Final Fantasy genre (save for FFIV because... cmon FFIV was the first rpg with a dynamic plot. Kinda hard to beat that). It actually a realistic plot, great politics, heart-warming moments, excellent development, and it was all paced very well. I WISH games would go back to those days! The last decade has been one of mounted failure after failure.

Suikoden 2 is pretty good, but i think i took it too far, when i was 8 year old and i didnt even understand english it took me 60 hours to play the game but i played it about 4 times then, when i was 12 years old, i knew english and i played it once more, i know the bloody game entirely, would be a painful suicide to even try to play it anymore (i never got all charachters :( i once got 90, but couldnt find rest and erza and clive were too hard to get : /
