  • Hey! Have you heard about - fast abs magic (google it)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my mate got beautiful 6 pack abs and lost tons of belly fat with it.

  • To be honest you look fit but it doesn't look like you have abs.

  • All these exercises are the equivalent of lifting 3 lb dumbbells. Abdominals are no different than any other muscle. If you want them bigger or stronger you have to lift heavy.

  • @Naturallyblonde6 No it doesn't work for you because what she is selling is a lie. 2 most trainers don't know dick about training or diet. a bit of money and an online course gets you certified.

  • Another dumb video misleading people. Abs (something you dont have) are made in the kitchen. All the core work in the world wont do you any good as long as you have a layer of fat covering them up.

  • @LordShandor Yea you need to lose fat in order to SEE your ab muscles but that doesnt mean that you shouldnt train them in the meantime. Besides, working on your core is also good for your posture and back, regardless of whether you have a sixpack or not.

  • @jazzyfizzle86 In practical terms, if you can't see them, you don't have them. Posture isn't the issue here, it's misleading marketing.

  • @LordShandor Hmm, I dont know, I mean I train my abs regularly and improving on that but they def dont show because my fat % is too high for that. Besides, how's this marketing, I mean what would she be trying to market in this video?

  • @jazzyfizzle86 Its marketing misinformation. Maybe she means well, but what she is saying is dead wrong and when people listen her and then don't get results they get fed up and quit. There is way too much bad information in the fitness world. Look at all the stupid infomercial exercise equipment that is out there. Or the supplement market making billions a year when there are only like 5 supps that even do anything for fitness.

  • Sarah you're really in not bad shape but if you try compare to zuzana from body rock or jennifer nicole lee got a long way to go still, they're way more cut than you are.

  • @vero062010 I don't blame Zuzana. She's from Eastern Europe. Women are regularly exploited, kidnapped and forced into prostitution. Many have met a terrible end in the middle east. I'm sure some unsavory characters (gangsters) produce her videos.

  • @vero062010 Ah ah actually, she is / was a soft porn star (google susana spears) but still, don't you agree that almost every star in Hollywood uses their "sexy body" for attention ... at least Zuzanna doesn't promote unhealthy behavior and she is not photoshoped. She is fit and sexy and she works hard to achieve her look so ... respect.

  • @inhocsignovinces88 I don't agree. Zuzanna's vid are good motivation and the workouts are great and effective. Women who are insulted are most likely jealous.

  • @Naanoux I guess I was looking for the wrong thing. Solid instructional vid are what I look for. If suggestive camera angles of perfect women moaning nad sweating motivate one. So be it.

  • Great tips Sarah! Resistance training is a great way to tone and lose those lbs. Even more effective & less stress on the body than reg. weight lifting.

  • looks like a wood chop except it is horizontal while wood chops are usually 45 degrees upward or 45 degrees downward

    I recently dislocated both of my knee caps so I can't do any harsh excersises and I can't bend my knees a lot, but I feel like I'm gaining weight. So, I was wondering if you could show us how to do some excersises that don't really involve bending the knees

  • @jammymommy I did this: I placed a beer on the table and I removed all my chairs then I lay down on the floor, so everytime I need to take a sip I lift my upper body and grab my beer, simple and easy, if you're an alcoholic you will do about 300 a day!

  • @jammymommy Eat less calories than you burn. Abs are made in the kitchen, not from a special exercise.
