Wow! I am totally impressed! I know how much work those took - I used to do cross stitch. No way I would have the patience to complete one of those! I like the vases with flowers, the one with the leaves - but the one with the sun face is AWESOME!

i threw my tv out a couple of years ago because it pumped nothing but misery and fear into my front room, i got a laptop instead and started making short films on my little camera and posting them on youtube...and when i come across a video like this it just reenforces the positivity i feel in doing something that i love just for the love of it, thanks!

It's amazing the quality of work that can be obtained through cross stitching. It's the fabric equivalent of computer pixel art, but it lasts so much longer! Amazing stuff. The Kiss looks brilliant.

Nice work. Both my wife and mother do cross stitch. I tried it once, but I never had the patience, although I used to make original designs. Just near my monitor here I have a Lemming (the computer type!) that my wife did for me.

I have too answer a question about what's my hobby! I have too say i use too cross stitch when I was young, so not all people think old people have to be old! I had a greatgreatgrandma that still does and I am amazed every time I see it done! Yours are so well done I am in awe of the work and time you must have spent just learing and then perfecting this trade! My hobby is going too look lame now! If I can find one that is! lol Take care my friend!

YOU DID IT! REALLY COOL! While you were telling us what to expect in the video, you mentioned "The Kiss" by Gustav Klimt. I was SO excited about seeing that.WOW!BEAUTIFUL!

All the other pieces were wonderful, too. With each one that came on the screen, I would say out loud."Yeah, that's my favorite". You're VERY TALENTED. I favorited this video and I am going to send it to my friend who cross stitches. I know she'll love it. I GOT GOOSE BUMPS watching the video. Thank you!

I just taught myself to knit this past summer but I still don't know how to read patterns so I've only made a few scarves. I bought a knitting board but I haven't used it in the last week or two. I want to knit but I don't really know anyone who knows how that I see on a regular basis so I guess I'm screwed. LOL

I know what you mean. I used to crochet, but all could do is scarves and afghans. lol.The person who taught me cross stich had MD and could only move her fingers and wrists. She passed away last month and I'll always think of her when I'm working on a project.

That's really nice. Me? I..ummm...I collect coffee cups. Yeah, that's it. I just leave them around, no special display case or nothin. I've got some Dunkin' Donuts here and Green Mountain over there and I just got my first BK Big Joe. And a lovely collection of old newspapers...some go back to July, I think. I'd make a video but I can't seem to find the camera right now.
