  • Halos in camera lenses are normal. The thing is this days you see them with the naked eye. I'm almost certain this has to do with Geo-engineering.

  • @lukerides666 these are popping up around the world last couple years , got one friday in cali. So, not the lense or the really bright thing in the middle. I guess your theory was worth a shot. If it were that theory the ring would not stay in place as the camera moves.

  • Speaking of Halo... Lol 1v1 anyone?

  • I have a video of one of these amazing things `sun halo~ over new york city on March 30 2011. Please have a look and tell us what you think it is ? Thanks. ~Bryan

  • Aint being funny, but isnt that just the lense on the camera making that effect? It is pointing at the SUN, you know, that really bright thing. ..

  • this is a halo ;-)

  • What does this mean?

  • so intense

  • So intense, what does this mean? , Its so bright,

  • its halo master cheef is there xD

  • It's a double-eclipse, all the way!

  • We used to call them sundogs. When the humidity is just right and the sun hits it just right it creates these phenomenon. I am no expert by any stretch of the imagination, hence the non-technical terms, but I see them quite often in the winter here in Iowa.

  • It's not produced by chemtrails, it's a halo caused by light refracting off of cirrus clouds. These have been documented by the Chinese thousands of years ago. Were there planes thousands of years ago? CTers make me lulz.

  • We had the same thing here in Michigan...and I took pictures of it. It was created by the Chemtrails...and I watched them as they did it.

  • YUp. Massive humidity there. Must be near the equator. i see these in the Philipeans as well as lower USA when the humidity is high and its a sunny day.

I still call it the Eye of God.

  • @686blm686 Thanks,Sweetie.

  • It's chemicals...from planes....and we breathe it. Check out Global Dimming and morgellons.

  • @mishimoskowitz

You are correct. This phenomenon occurs occasionally here over los angeles's skies. But some people dont notice it. And people are extremely ignorant when you tell them it is chemicals from planes.

  • @skylinevq35 Too bad people don't look up and notice things are changing. They don't want to hear about anything that will upset their lives...but one day they'll see.

  • hallo ! its a halo

  • i want to see a solar eclipse, that halo is awesome, and yes it's caused by the atmosphere but who cares, just look at it's beauty and stop fighting over it...jeez

  • Its a Halo

  • jizztrails

  • I agree this halo was produced from chemtrails and referred to as a chembow. You guys shouldn't fight about it...educate yourselves. This is the air we all have to breathe so we should know what's happening to it.

  • halo from chemtrails, I have a lot of recents photos of my city, and never happends here

    before the chemtrails begins

  • God damn it you're fucking paranoid/ We have an atmopshere you pickle fucker, thats whats causing it.

  • yap. go to sleep, sheep. if for you it is normal, you deserves to extinct yourself.

  • Learn some English will ye?

  • I can learn english but you can not lern good maners. bye.

  • excuse me, learn

  • Manners.

  • verily!

  • humidity..... nothing else

  • its not a halo b'coz there is no clouds. a halo formed when there a spot of ice or cloud.

  • its look like the sun is blocking somethin big behind it. The string theory might be true after all.

  • its a lamp u dumy

  • r u dumb that a halo in new zealand happen every day i don`t get so excited about it there was 2 halos today

  • the camera makes the sun look like that(nice to have so many smart people) :)

  • instalation 04 from "Halo"? XD

  • thats a halo. i remember seeing one of these when i was a kid. we thought it was a UFO.

  • That's not a friggin' solar eclipse or an eclipse of any kind. Don't people bother knowing what words even mean? An eclipse means the sun is blocked out, but in this video the sun is 100% totally, absolutely visible.

  • halo

  • WHY IS THIS RECOMENDED FOR Mweeee

    spammfish

  • soy de españa pero tambien pude ver este fenomeno ,no se si es el mismo pero ocurrio mas o menos en esa epoca del tiempo

  • What you're seeing is called a "circumscribed halo".

They appear from time to time and Wjasharjah998 is mostly correct, it's the Sun's rays reflecting and refracting through small ice crystals in the cold cirrus clouds of the upper troposphere.

    Google search is your friend.

  • Sun dog.... :P google search images of sun dog and there you have it

  • isnt a sundog a rainbow that apears around the sun....seen many of those...some sun glasses make them look better....this video isnt the same

  • thats part of the camera retard..

  • its a big planet behind the sun its true!!

  • No it isn't, this is a phenomenon that is cause when the sun reflects the solar rays on to a cloud made of small ice, and it causes this phenomenon

  • It´s a halo, wonderful!

  • seen this too looks awesome

  • !WTF! were all doomed

  • Whatever that was, I'v never seen it and its kinda cool.

  • 23000 views for a footage of the sun..woow...

  • there was one in mexico too like 2 years ago and i took a pic

  • thats a fukin spirit bomb

  • I lol's

  • lol'd*

  • @Zayde101 i'm with u on this genki-dama

  • @Zayde101 No Fucking shit

  • @MoD3rNwArFarE watch ur mouth panzy

  • @Zayde101 FUCK YOU

  • @MoD3rNwArFarE lml... i like u... (no homo)

  • that's a purdy sun halo. lol it's made when there is a thin cloud of ice crystals about 4-5 miles up. the light of the sun is kinda warped by the crystals and you get the halo. you can also see them on a cold night when the moon is out... a full moon. it's really pretty.

  • The moon sometimes do the same is a natural phenomenon

  • oHH MY GOD...come on! we can see this everyday if we look through a insufilm glass...you know...black glass of the cars...simple that!

  • I saw it here in Mexico and it was great, for me looks like an inverse eclipse, but when i read about this, i get the info of the ice crystals, it was great

  • a muffin, they must be eaten in the dark!

  • thats so freaky shit

  • call masterchief...

  • i think its a halo. i saw one at school last year and it was awesome!

  • that is a halo, its nothing out of the ordinary. It is caused due to ice crystals in the atmosphere. No reason to get scared, no alien invasion!

  • i couldnt have explained that better, its a rare phenome caused when solar light 'hits' a really thin layer of clouds.

    [sry about my english]

  • I would trip balls if I saw that

  • ive seen that kind of ring in the night in miami, the moons brightness reflects on the earth's watery sky, just like how stars get their brightness.

  • yeah its a halo! saw one at night last year! my friend yelled for me to come outside coz ther was a ring around the moon, i didnt go but he kept on so i went out and it blew me away !!!

  • it is beacause of the water above or humidity to air.and maybe a halo.

  • Come on man!..

  • It's a huge black donut!

  • its called a halo

  • ..... :P

    Halos alrededor del sol... tontos...

  • wat the hell

  • hai nai_ila... i misss you

  • butuh hang azwan.. tu nak kiamat namanya.. bodo

  • Guys, The Halo was in Langkawi Island, Malaysia......

  • Ya I saw it too from Singapore it was awesome. Actually it happen when ice capes melt from your country and ours near the coast in happened 3 times in 2207 and was posted on yahoo.

  • whoa thats so cloase i live in Washington in the US so its pretty small there was a eclipse tonight

  • they call it.....halo.

  • of corse, anyone read books anymore, right! it looks like a angel halo

  • its called a halo idiot ik1963. sun dogs have an illution that makes it look like 3 suns. and that has just 1 sun with a ring.

  • Commonly called a "Sun Dog". And that one is a ripper. It is caused much like a rainbow, but in this instance it is ice crystals high up in the atmosphere.

  • It's a 22 degree halo. A damn nice one too. I live in Atlanta GA and I rarely see them complete and bright like that one.

  • it is a halo

  • i remember this

i saw it along time ago but it ws around the moon and it was at night

  • This is halo

I can see it from my house

  • This is a 22 degree halo caused by the refraction of sunlight in cirrostratus clouds. DING DING DING, we finally have a correct (and gramatically correct) answer.

  • You're an idiot dude, oh and your grammar sucked ass. After your 'dings', you needed extra comas; so piss off.

  • Someone knows how to wield a semi-colon.

    I gotta get outta here...

  • You damn right, and you'll get more where that came from in my Novel just released too ;)

  • lol..

  • That rainbow made by altostratus cloud layer about 12 kilometers above the ground, not solar eclipse.

  • Right concept, wrong cloud type and altitude. Halos like this are caused by cirrostratus, which range from 20,000' (approx. 6 kms) to 40,000' (approx 12 kms) in altitude. Altostratus occurs between altitudes of 6,500' (approx 2 kms) to 20,000'.

  • Oh, thanks for correcting me! I remembered that is made by stratus but didn't know which kind of stratus.

  • NP. :) Just came inside at work, and we have a halo around the moon almost as bright as this. Beautiful!

  • its a 2 degree halo. A weather phenomenon related to ice crystals in the sky.

  • isn't it a bird? it could be a angel though O.o... no no no its a noob.

  • lurch1962 can u translate what u said to retard launguge lol!!!!!!!!!

  • it's only a halo ( not the game but the Phenomenon caled like this.)

  • AHH! They found Halo!

  • I have seen pictures of these rings over Israel.. there were 2 rings and they connected but one did not surround the sun and had 1 cloud like vapor comming off the side of it but was extremely small and hooked...

  • when did you see that?

  • it was at brit hadisha(new covenant), my friends went on a mission trip to Israel

  • thats happen two times or 3 in a year

  • "thats happen two times or 3 in a year"

Much more than that. I see this dozens of times a year. Not unusual, but very beautiful.

  • It's just a beautiful--indeed textbook--example of a 22 degree radius halo produced by a layer of cirrostratus cloud (composed of ice crystals) high up in the atmosphere.

  • Dork.

  • Do a Google search on "22 degree halo". You will see other photos showing this phenomenon, and read descriptions of just what causes it. In a nutshell, the cause is sunlight being refracted by the ice crystals which make up cirrostratus clouds in the upper atmosphere (about the height that jet passenger aircraft fly at.)
