No offense dude but you REALLY suck at sniping. I use the regular sniper rifle w/ the carbon parts and the silencer and I can still get one shot kills. Even on super mutants.

It's a good weapon, but it has a very low durability. Getting a Silencer mod for a normal Sniper Rifle is typically preferable, but, in terms of raw performance at 100% condition and such, this gun is fantastic.

@gr3yca Close, but that ring, is a "Helmet" in the Game You Need To Equip. It gives you regenerating health SLOWLY, and END +1 Or Something. But You Get A Synthetic Brain So Your Head Can Never Be "Crippled".

I definitly loved OWB, and since the PS3 version is bugged letting you reach Lv50 already it was great. I'm 100% sneak player so a unique Sniper with suppresson built-in is just perfect, thats why I never use the Gobi desert one since it can't be modded and the noise is dangerous while picking up distant targets.

Is almost like OWB was made for players like me because the X-13 suit boosts sneak a LOOT allowing you to actually run while crouching (+40% speed with the perk you can get)

Only problem with Fallout 3 and New Vegas, including all available DLCs, is that they're far too easy. Before any of you say, I do play them on the toughest difficulty setting. They're still great games and really fun to play but I really hope they increase the difficulty for Fallout 4.

I like the COS Rifle, but when I got it in-game, I had absolutely nothing to repair it with, and I couldn't find anything to make a weapon repair kit. So yeah.

@teriyakininjaXxXx Agreed, Old World Blues... Obsidian put the most effort into it, and its definably there best work. A wonderful player house that can serve as almost anything after fully upgraded. Awesome lab experiments you get to take part in, like the stealth experiment for the stealth suit. You do all of them and you can get the suit fully upgraded, and man o man is it a good suit when fully upgraded.

The dialogue is one of the best things tho, i laughed almost the whole DLC.

@XxjAmEsxX06 I loved this DLC! The only thing that got annoying was the giant gang of Night Stalkers that attack you when you come out of a building on the south-southwest part of Big Mountain. Be sure to have a mini gun to take them all out easily if you ask me!
