Those speakers are 8" 3/4, do you really need a sub?

@Sweetassour You dont NEED it, but it really makes the music sound a lot fuller. It does really make the whole setup bassier. But its up to you.

i paid 499.00 for the two speakers they are nice and sound so nice the truth b3031a with the 2" riddon

I also have a Behringer Xenyx 802 Mixer and am prolly gonna buy the Behringer Truth B3031A Monitors. I wonder how you connect the Subwoofer to the 802 Mixer? Or do you hook em up to something else? Maybe a newbee question but I'm just wondering. I guess there are several possibilities?

@AudioRedemption The sub is great, when you have a quiter song it really adjusts the bass to be at a great level, and then when you want really bassy songs its great

i have a set of B3031A and want this sub. if the sub is anywhere near as good as the monitors its a must have the monitors are sweet.

@jjmillsaps the sub is definately as good as the monitors, it really compliments the monitors, it has great bass and can be adjusted easily

Monitors -> Subwoofer - Line Out XLR

Subwoofer -> Audio Interface - Line Out XLR to TRS 1/4 cable

@MustacheVerra i paid about $650 for the speakers, thats for a pair of them, and for the sub i think it was $600, the sub is insanely awesome and great bass

Do you have the Behringer Sub 2029A? I have the Truth 2031A Monitios and the 2092A Sub. The 3031A is supposed to be made better and have more power. I am on the fence with getting the 3031A's.

@stevem447 Yeh i do have that sub, and yeh i got the 3031A monitors, they are insane, and so is the sub, definately a good choice for a home studio
