It's not the tuning, it's the amp, it's got horrible distortion, you need to buy a new one.

Kids these days don't know nothing about notes, because all they do is use a freaking tuner all day, then they don't know what a note is in pitch or when there guitars are in tune or not.

Uhm, might I suggest fixing your tone, tuning the guitar, and practicing the song a little bit more? But if you like your tone, then just focus on trying to hit those notes harder so they can be heard better

May I suggest you to use a pick for the solo part? It would sound much better.

Also, I see you're using the neck pick up, in the lower neck - you probably sould use the middle one and put the tone knob at 7 or 8 because it seems to me that you sound kind of... 'thin' while it sould be 'fatter' xD

i bought this guitar on ebay, very low low cost

I do not have much experience care 12 strings bending, but it could depend from a circumstance of combinations, like as an example from the guitar model, and also from the thickness of the strings used. Sure you are making just choice: the 12 strings it has a celestial sound.

just make sure you get one with a truss rod so pay a little bit more and get a decent one and get it set up every few months and there should be no problem
