Enjoyable video clip... I have been working with DietOramy healthy eating plan (encountered it on search engines) for a while now and my personal positive effects are terrific - I already lost 6% of my total extra fat within first few weeks
Hey all! You might have taken into account DietOramy dieting (find it on google)? I've heard a number awesome information concerning it and my granny spent quite a lot of belly fat utilizing it.
Hey there! Have you thought about intellectus diet (do a search on google for intellectus424dietcom)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my work buddy lost tons of weight with it.
@elizabeth7699 LOL. i hated it. it only happens when you eat more than the limit of grams of fat you're supposed to eat for each meal. i was on it when I was a senior in high school and damn lunch meals at school always made me feel like crap going home LOL LOL
if your diet does not consist of too much fat, you dont need Alli as it says in the bottle. so, if you want to be healthy, why eat fatty food? besides its not good to your arteries and liver..
I have been taking Alli and It's been working fine for me..But yes It's true about the gas and the oily gas, but thats only if you eat something unhealthy. Like fast food!!! That's why you have to be on a low fat diet.
my sister n law took alli for 2 weeks then had a appendicitis surgery now its scared me so bad cos was planning to take alli to lost my pre pregnancy weight.
Problems with dieting ? Worry no more . Get this new weight loss supply and start losing weight fast easy and safe . Don't take risks with extreme diets. see more on my channel

Burn That belly fat easily with our new Diet Supple ment which is all natural ingridegents, starts seeing results faster and easier ! Check out my profile for more info.
First day on Alli I did something VERY stupid. I went to a diner for breakfast and ate a huge greasy omelet with hashbrowns. Next meal I had was mac and cheese. Long story short...within hours my jeans were in the washing machine... If you eat too much fat you will get the OIL EXPLOSION FARTS. Don't mean to be gross, but I'm just warning people not to binge on fatty foods while on this pill. For the past 3 days I have been sticking to a low fat diet and no problems at all.
Whats the difference between an egg and a good fart?
You can beat an egg but you can't beat a good fart. Which is why I love this stuff for a good satisfying fart. Oily discharge goes away pretty much if you eat lower fat The negative effects encourage you to do so which is an added positive.
Exercise and good diet is the only way really even with these pills as an aid
Hey everyone! My name is Bobby and i just started my Alli journey today! Please check out my youtube channel and please subscribe to keep up to date with my weight loss! Thanks

Wouldn't logic dictate that if you have oily stool, gas or diarrhea because those fat absorbing enzymes are blocked, that your pancreas will produce more enzymes to regulate your system, causing more wear and tear on your pancreas?
25% blocking = 25% more wear and tear on your pancreas and your colon when you expel these enzymes.
Common sense, right?
I'm not a scientist, but I challenge you to prove me otherwise.
Actually I would think that the pancreas would secrete less lipases because of downregulation. Since the body now absorbs less fat, less lipases are needed.
Alli works! As part of a diet and exercise program I actually lost a total of 82 pounds over a total of 6 months. I never had any side effects. Check out my videos, I do a weekly update showing the loss. I believe the "side effects" that most fear are self inflicted by trying to uses alli with a diet higher in fat then suggested. Its like when lays first brought out the WOW chips and people got "side effects" because they thought they could sit down and eat an entire bag in one sitting!
Those pills are really good!! I lost 7 pounds in my first week and am not exercising. What i do it's try not to eat grassy food or with too many calories. I do my cooking at home and eat everything broiled pluss drink a lot of water. My goal is to lose 40 pounds and I have 33 left!!!! By the way I don't have "accidents".... I go to the bathroom like I used too before but I don't go everyday and that's normal in me.
well its been almost 3 weeks now and i havent had any side effects at all. for i am sticking with it and feel great, i am back into some clothes that were getting to tight prior to this Alli-pill diet, FOLLow the guild lines and you will be fine. its worth it
We do need some fat - especially the healthy fats - extra virgin olive oil, fish oil, etc. The problem is that we usually get too much from the wrong types - saturated. We can afford to block some of that (Alli blocks about 30% of the fat from being absorbed from your gut).
I hit 50 pounds and quit taking Ali. I'm MUCH more sensible when I eat and I enjoy finding healthier meals to cook.
I hope it works for you...it worked fantastically well for me. I have a weight limit I set to make sure I'm staying on the straight and narrow and I become cautious when I eat to stay below it. And it hasn't been a problem staying below it.
Thanx for getting back i got the 90 pills pack im on day 3feel great got the vitamins pharmacysaid was good i keep count stay under 15 grams of fat per meal and write them down dont feel deprived at all, Lean Cuisine(spl)are awesome learned to like fruit and yogurt again, been fat all my life up and down so when i loose my ideal goal 70 pounds i will be very happy AND NO POOPIE IN MY PANTs
Hey, stick with it. I can't even begin to tell you how I feel. The great thing about having the weight I had (I was 250+, now I try to stay below 205) is that I know the consequences. I know how it felt to be fat and the embarrassment in public I felt.
It's not easy, and really, there are no "easy" plans out there. This one is just an excellent 'teacher'. It gives you consequences to your actions. You SEE your dieting results.
THNX i was 12 years agop 298 pounds lost alot when i got diabeties however i never los tit again when i gave birth 6 years ago i am down to 230 but i know i can do this im actually having fun and ANUL..oops no pun intended there..but iam with keeping track. i wass upose to go to a dinner tomorrow but iam not i dont wanna do anything social till i am here...the ppl will think i was sick...
congrads tooooo you...how long did it take for you to loose 50?
I don't want to get your hopes up because everyone's different and I might just be a good case, but about 5-6 months. Keep in mind that after about a month it didn't feel like I was on a diet anymore because I was eating foods I liked that weren't bad for me.
I've lost nearly 30 pounds in a little over a month, and that's not eating health food, that's eating what I want, albeit in smaller quantities and little exorcise. Does it cause one to get loose stool or even "leak" fats? Yes. But it makes you think, when it happens, of all the garbage you put in your body. It is extremely psychological.
I will continue using this product and I will continue taking 3 sheets of toilet paper, folding them in half and wedging it up my hind end. Its worth it.
"I will continue taking 3 sheets of toilet paper, folding them in half and wedging it up my hind end. Its worth it" Thanks for the idea, adult diapers can get expensive!
To lose 30lbs of disgusting fat I'd eat horse feces with every meal of the day. If you've never been fat you have no idea what it's like carrying around all that disgusting lard. I wish my heath education had been a bit better. Now that I've lost that weight I have had a chance to learn what to eat and what not to eat. Shoving a piece of toilet paper up one's cheeks is far less disgusting than carrying filthy fat bile around.
It gave me an edge, really. I didn't starve myself or limit myself to anything, really. That's what I think is great about the product. I started out eating whatever I wanted and Alli left me a disturbing message in the toilet of the kinds of stuff I'm putting in my body.
It's so freaking psychological, in my situation, because I really felt nauseous about what I was eating. Than I cut out hydrogenated fats the best I could, portioned myself and gained an appreciation for healthy foods.
I see, so the pill is works more on its placebo effect? I heard you can take two at a time, which is equivalent to its over-the counter cousin, Xenical:
I don't know about taking more than one at a time, but I do know that I wouldn't. I guess you /could/ lose more weight but I really think it's important to lose weight slowly as it helps create a more healthier lifestyle you'll be more likely to stick with.
One last thing I'll say about this: If you want to lose weight, sometimes you have to accept consequences that go with it. Put it on is easy but there will never be a pill that will take it off without any work or discomfort.
It /does/ work. But I think the goal of it is to learn to eat more consciously as well. If you eat really unhealthy food, you'll regret it later. I can't eat fried food without leaking fatty fluids out the other end. A lot. It really just depends on what you consider bad eating habits.
i want to get it tonight, been researching and i will keep good counts on my fat cause of the side effects..just wondering. is it true to keep it less than 15 grams per meal? and what mutli vitamin are you taking?
I have a friend who started taking this crap. Well, she sure has lost some weight after a few months.. But guess what else she's lost?? Her hair is coming out in tufts and she's developed ulcerative colitis.. I wonder what the real long term affects are.. Some scientists believe it causes pre cancerous lesions in the colon. Others induce that it will have a feedback mechanism that causes ones body to retain even more fat over time to protect itself. When you go off it... bam.. on comes the fat!
Pre cancerous lesions? It induces a feedback mechanism that causes your body to retain even more fat? I must have missed that research. Please let me know your sources. If you have credible sources, we will all be further educated. If you don't, I would say that it's fair to assume that you are working for a competing diet pill company or that you just have an ax to grind.
I currently work in an industry that publishes the prospectus for various pharmaceutical companies. I am not at liberty to say more. As a nurse, I'm well aware of dealing with doctors such as yourself, who are money hungry and sign most any contract to hock medications at your unsuspecting and desperate clients. You should know better doctor. Intake vs. output is the only solution. Or metabolic profile. Drugs are crap and you know it.
So what's really better is being fat and taking risks with diabetes, heart disease and the many other health risks of being overweight, right? This drug is a drug that helps aid in weight loss when you've tried everything else. And it works! There are some negative side effects (I think yours are bologna) but, through Alli, I have cut back on my fat intake, gone organic, learned to cut out trans fat and felt better about myself which has lead to more weight loss.
Well, I'm glad it works for you. I'm just pointing out to this doctor that there are risks, which he seems to want to minimize, obviously because he's gaining financially from this product. That's America for you though.. More concern about money than health.. I just hope you feel you can get off this drug at some point and be self reliant.
Sorry to say that I am not getting paid a single cent for this video. I don't think that the makers of Alli even know that I exist. I was merely responding to an "interesting" video with my patients' experiences with orlistat. I thought I was being neutral. I'm sorry that you don't agree. Perhaps you'll like my other videos, newsletter, blog and website better. I talk about things such as the nutrition and exercise.
Please, don't pay attention to this annoying fodder. I appreciate your responses. It feels good knowing someone from the medical community has weighed in on this.
As for whether or not I'll be able to get off this drug-- that'll depend on how tired I am of the negative side effects. So far I'm learning what's good and bad to eat based on what I find the next day in the toilet. It's an eye opener finding out how many things are full of disgusting fat.
Thanks for your support metamech. Kathryn120 - no hard feelings. Hope that you looked at my other videos and see that I am not a 'money hungry' doctor.
Acomplia is good appetite suppressant. effectivedietpill. info is pretty good site for acomplia and rimonabant. Has got good info and also price comparison of cheapest trusted online pharmacies for both.
Just remove the blank space after dot if you paste the link or it won't be workin'
Also I've heard rumours that acomplia is not recommended for suicidal and depresed people as it can have some mental side effects.
You can lose weight the good old fashioned way - A healthy diet of organic veggies, salad and "pure" food, exercise, smaller portions, commitment and lay off the DRUGS and TOXIC CHEMICALS. Most people are just too lazy to do just that. They would rather have a quick fix method of drugs and will put up with the "side effects" that will compromise their health.
Here's the deal....if you are taking Alli and eating a low fat diet, you're gonna be ok. If you take an Alli and eat something high in fat, you might poop you're pants. If you don't want greasy stuff coming out of your butt, don't put greasy stuff in your mouth, it's that simple. This drug is a weight loss tool, not a magic freakin' pill! Being smart = clean underpants!
He's full of crap! I have friends that have been taking Alli for over a month and they literally had to wear adult diapers for the first couple of weeks!!
I used Zenical for about 3 weeks and it was the worst 3 weeks of my life. Even got diarrhea from JUST OATMEAL - no butter, pure plain oatmeal. The medication gave me instant irratable bowel syndrome. I would recommend it to my worst enemy as it would completely disable him..... The stuff is s*it, runny, runny, wet, runny pooh.
I do remember Xenical. The side effects listed for both were identical. Namely, "May cause gas with oily discharge and uncontrollable diarrhea." IMO, if someone had an accident, they wouldn't want to tell anyone about it. It's embarrassing!
Hey Standupdoctor, thanks for your information and opinion on this very controversial drug. I'm glad to hear from an expert on the matter. You have convinced me to give Alli a try (but stay close to the potty until I know what is going to happen) I appreciate your candor.
I have been takin the Alli diet pills for just over a week now...and no they do not give you diariea or poopy pants...it actually limits you to three meals a day and you will feel guilty takin any snacks in between...so yes Alli seems to be workin for me...make sure you dont eat any french fries or pizza while takin the pills...cause only then you would have oily pants..lol
Thanks for this information. Will alli be as effective as Xenical? I have used Xenical in the past and didnt like some of the side effects. Such as: letting out gas and oily stuff leaking out into your pants. Will alli have some of the same effects? Should I try alli, I am still trying to lose weight?
I can only give you general advice since I don't know the specifics of your medical history. Alli shouldn't have as many side effects as Xenical since it's only half as strong. I would try it at home first, take a fiber supplement and start with 1 pill a day and increase slowly to 3 per day (one with each meal). Remember that no pill works very well without diet and exercise. Talk to your doctor if you have specific questions regarding your medical history.
I started taking Alli one day ago. I've had some discomfort, enough to want to modify what I'm eating so I guess that is good. It certainly seems to be doing something, although I weighed 2/10 more than yesterday. My concern is with calcium absorption. Would Alli prevent absorption of calcium and vitamin D? I am taking 2000mg calcium with D (800mg) daily to prevent osteoporosis.
I know you recommended using a fiber supplement to help with the side effects of alli. Just out of curiosity, I was wondering if you are familiar with the 2005 study showing that Imodium A-D helps out with the side effects of alli. What is your opinion on such a use of Imodium A-D?
The study was very small - only 10 subjects. My opinion is that if you start taking Alli (orlistat) slowly (once daily --> twice daily --> three times daily), eat a low-moderate fat diet and take Citrucel, you should not have any problems with incontinence. If you do, Alli (orlistat) is not a good choice for you and I would stop it rather than take Imodium A-D (loperamide).
Not the "poopy in the pants" type. Like I said in the video - bloating and gas but no leakage. But then again, I always warned them not to take it with a high fat meal. That was the advantage of having to get a prescription - you received instructions in person.
I was taking Xenical a few years back, and I had those accidents... And almost all, and I really mean ALL people I talk about this have had it at least once... I do appreciate your post... i do not agree with the "accident" comment, but it is good. :)

One last thing I'll say about this: If you want to lose weight, sometimes you have to accept consequences that go with it. Put it on is easy but there will never be a pill that will take it off without any work or discomfort.
metamech 3 years ago
If you take the pill and don't change ur bad eating habits will it do anything to help or is it just a waste of money?
rgz1985 3 years ago

When you go off it... bam.. on comes the fat!
kathryn120 3 years ago

Drugs are crap and you know it.
kathryn120 3 years ago
So what's really better is being fat and taking risks with diabetes, heart disease and the many other health risks of being overweight, right? This drug is a drug that helps aid in weight loss when you've tried everything else. And it works! There are some negative side effects (I think yours are bologna) but, through Alli, I have cut back on my fat intake, gone organic, learned to cut out trans fat and felt better about myself which has lead to more weight loss.
That's worth more.
metamech 3 years ago

I talk about things such as the nutrition and exercise.
standupdoctor 3 years ago

The stuff is s*it, runny, runny, wet, runny pooh.

omg,,i'am on xenical! lol

Can a physician prescribe Acomplia, even though it is not approved for distribution in the US?
Geeklady 4 years ago
American doctors cannot prescribe Acomplia and they are taking a closer look at it in Europe because of the potential psychiatric side effects.

Thanks for this information. Will alli be as effective as Xenical? I have used Xenical in the past and didnt like some of the side effects. Such as: letting out gas and oily stuff leaking out into your pants. Will alli have some of the same effects? Should I try alli, I am still trying to lose weight?
Thanks again, Talea
r2beararms19 4 years ago
I can only give you general advice since I don't know the specifics of your medical history. Alli shouldn't have as many side effects as Xenical since it's only half as strong. I would try it at home first, take a fiber supplement and start with 1 pill a day and increase slowly to 3 per day (one with each meal). Remember that no pill works very well without diet and exercise. Talk to your doctor if you have specific questions regarding your medical history.

hi, Doctor. I need to lose 15 pounds in 3 weeks. Do you think Alli would be a wise choice for doing so?
LadyG1287 4 years ago
Without diet and exercise, weight loss pills don't do very well.
Even with diet and exercise, you should expect to safely lose 1-2 pounds per week.
Because of sheer muscle mass, men tend to lose more quickly than women.

I also have acid reflux and wondered if taking OTC antacids while on Alli has any impact?
Geeklady 4 years ago
I started taking Alli one day ago. I've had some discomfort, enough to want to modify what I'm eating so I guess that is good. It certainly seems to be doing something, although I weighed 2/10 more than yesterday. My concern is with calcium absorption. Would Alli prevent absorption of calcium and vitamin D? I am taking 2000mg calcium with D (800mg) daily to prevent osteoporosis.
Geeklady 4 years ago
Alli does not interfere with calcium absorption but does interfere with vitamin D absorption.
I would advise taking no more than 500 mg of calcium at a time and at least 2 hours before you take Alli.
Unless you have been told to take more by your doctor, 1,500 mg of calcium per day is the most you should need.

Thank you, Dr. Maheshwari, I appreciate the info. I might have lost a pound or so. Hopefully more will follow.
Geeklady 4 years ago
I know you recommended using a fiber supplement to help with the side effects of alli. Just out of curiosity, I was wondering if you are familiar with the 2005 study showing that Imodium A-D helps out with the side effects of alli. What is your opinion on such a use of Imodium A-D?
bige1083 4 years ago
The study was very small - only 10 subjects. My opinion is that if you start taking Alli (orlistat) slowly (once daily --> twice daily --> three times daily), eat a low-moderate fat diet and take Citrucel, you should not have any problems with incontinence. If you do, Alli (orlistat) is not a good choice for you and I would stop it rather than take Imodium A-D (loperamide).

Ohh.. give me a break Doc! none of your patients had side effects?
TheMorbidMe 4 years ago
Not the "poopy in the pants" type. Like I said in the video - bloating and gas but no leakage. But then again, I always warned them not to take it with a high fat meal. That was the advantage of having to get a prescription - you received instructions in person.
standupdoctor 4 years ago
I was taking Xenical a few years back, and I had those accidents... And almost all, and I really mean ALL people I talk about this have had it at least once... I do appreciate your post... i do not agree with the "accident" comment, but it is good. :)

I had those leakage accidents.
But they were at times when I had ate some fat
