Directly after this scene with Shera, there's a battle at Fort Condor. Thankfully, the 20 ridiculously timed Fort Condor fights never get more inopportune than this. Except for maybe the 5 you cannot fight at all

As soon as Rufus appears, it's too late. He appears right at the end of the long Shera flashback, so that means, before you enter Shera's house after speaking with Cid

Here's some other advice: NEVER take Vincent to fight the aracnid boss, he'll just end up healing it with his limit break. I love Vincent and I always forget about this, take him in my party and have a hell of a time with that monster eventually having to kill Vincent.

I may sound like a jerk but people who're having trouble with bosses should go training for a while. In FF7 more important than leveling up is training materia.

A good place for this is the Wutai area, in just some hours you can get magic on level 3 and if youre patient you may even get max level and new materia, and then have a relaxed trip :)

@iYell2u If you ever need to do training, then there's a perfect place back at the Shinra base (idk the name, but it's the place where you dress up as one of the Shinra soldiers and sneak onto the boat). It's that small, thin hallway place. After you get past the place, then there will be Shinra soldiers practicing a solute or something like that. Right next to them is an alarm. If you set it of, then you can fight high leveled enemies in random encounters there. It's great experience and money.

just use barret red nd cloud make barret the guy with all summons red all fire ice ect and cloud all white and let overs and put all on cure so u always heal every1 i was about 30 here and no boss is hard if u put all on cure & fire or thunder even bio or something strong

I was freaking out because I had leveled up so much and had gotten a lot of money and I didn't want to have to reset the game. :[ But yeah, if you haven't already figured it out, you just have to go up to the reactor and there will be a door in the upper right hand corner next to the reactor. Go through there and you'll be back in the place with the Materia Keeper. :]

ugh i had so much trouble with this boss so i decided to train alot got my cloud to say level forty, my tifa to level 35, and my aeris to level 38

it's actually if really easy if you concentrate really well and keep putting potions and cures on ur party after every hit

otherwise if you don't take it seriously it kills ur party slowly
