@lvekili they don't need to make a big hole, just a small is enough because the pressure of the blood is super high in the heart so just a super tiny hole you can't see is actually enough, tho' it would take slightly longer time for that person to die. Every1 that becomes a doctor swears the like doctors holy promisse (or something like that) that they will never hurt any1
