Kevin is one of the greatest Bodybuilders of all time however, pose for pose, top to bottom, back to front he couldn't beat Ronnie; although in 2002 Levrone had his strongest case as Ronnie was not at his best and came in too light at around 245 pounds!

This weekend the same happened as then. In ten years time nothing has changed. Ronnie Coleman vs Kevin Levrone is exactly the same as what happened with Jay Cutler vs Phil Heath. Phil looks so much better and is a much better image for the sport than Jay. Who wants to look like Ronnie and Jay when you have the perfect bodies of Kevin Levrone and Phil Heath. It blows my mind everytime. That only a big back and more size can defeat perfect proportions symetry and conditioning..

The Olympia is all about politics. It's how Arnold won so many times in a row. Depends on how hard you kiss Weiders ass. Kevin Levrone is fantastic. It's the type of massive bod that shows beautiful symmetry . It's what bodybuilding should be all about. It's not supposed to be a beef slab comtest ala Coleman, Yates and company.

I don't know about others but the judges always found a way to find any kind of flaw on his physique... He was one of those guys who deserved to win at least one Mr Olympia... Seems like Joe Weider was more interested in keeping dynasties on the Mr Olympia rather than having a new Mr Olympia even if they deserved it...

I wouldn't exactly champion the judging at the Mr. O - It's often questionable. Cutler shouldn't be Mr. Olympia - Victor Gonzalez and Dexter Jackson have FAR superior physiques.

Levrone should have won the Olympia at least twice. One year Dorian beat him with a torn triceps and also an out of shape physique - spotty judging at its best.

Ronnie should have never beaten Flex Wheeler for his first Mr. O. The judging at that show is often all about politics.

The errors didn't change the essence of my post which is... the judging at the Olympia is often shitty.

It's all about the back? That's a copout for crappy judging. A great back doesn't make a great physique.

Dorian had a great physique, but there were a few years in there when Kevin was clearly the superior bodybuilder.

Cutler's physique being judged the winner over Martinez and Jackson is an embarassment to the sport of bodybuilding. The "professional" judges should be ashamed of themselves.

I think he was in his best condition ever at the 2002 Mr Olympia... I don't know about others but the judges always found a way to find any kind of flaw on his physique... having seen video of 99 british grandprix in which i think he looked in best shape of his life i would say his balance was not better than flex or coleman but it hurts me as much as it does to rest of u levrone fans that he didn't win that title specially olympia.i think along both flex and levrone had the physiques to atleas win one olympia.

Not sure who the tallest in history is, but of all the tall ones that looked decent, its probably Ferrigno(6'5) in the 70s. Gary Strydom(6'2), Paul Dillet(6'2) in the 80's and 90s, and Toney Freeman(6'2) now.

Check out Rolf Muller. He competed back in the 80s & was massive at 6'8". His only problem was that he couldn't pack enough beef on such a big frame to match the likes of Haney. I think he retired & did some acting.

try a wider stance and remember to sit back into the squat

What's you genetics like? Are you thin? Concentrate on good form and nice clean reps. Get your technique right first. You probably have a long back too so strenghten that also with deadlifts etc. With long legs chances are your calves will look thin. Dont ignore those puppies. They're a cool muscle to build.

Kevin Levrone is my favourite bodybuiler, i try to find the footage i can of him but it's very hard to find his posing routines.

Ive seen the 2000, 2002, 1993, 1999 and 1997 routines.....but i haven't seen the rest.

Just wondering which one's you have, because it would be cool to see it in youtube..but if it's a bother, don't worry about it.
