You have to contact your local reseller in your country. They will find out the license bundle you need to your requests. This software is not cheap... be prepared :-)

Is this a full version of the software or just the update? I'm trying to install the torrent but it gives me an license error...

We are a legal user of NX. This is not a free software.

do you have to have an intel mac or does it work on ppc as well?

No, NX runs only on intel mac. NX 4 was able to run on PPC, but never leave the beta version.
