the sound of those wheels skidding across the pavement is fucking awesome! this type of skating is very graceful and kinda reminds me of what drifting in a car is all about: speed and finesse. deserves just as much respect as any other style, yet it gets very little. this is the roots, just take a look at 60s and 70s era skating.

Every chance I get I stand on the BE 40" at my local shop, think I'm actually pissing off the the owner cuz I'm broke but can't stay off the thing. Even bought a blank longboard popcicle shape 42" from another co. and carved it to look like his model. Such a rad vid and awesome skating. Peace.

not sure about the size, (there are various type of wheels on the video,they look like 68mm - 72mm because he is not using high pull ups), the hardness should be like 90A, (99A wouldnt grab so well on bowls.
