Very good question. 90% of the time this option would be called by the coach or the PG rather than being a read within natural flow of the the offence.
However, I have tried in past seasons to include this into the rotation, so after 2 normal rotations we use one of these options, as clearly the normal rotations are not getting the team a quality shot opportunity.
