@addy123matty it was a pilot trainig session so they fly to prestwick to practice take-off and landings because its usually a quiet airport then they go back to their original airport. It's called 'touch and go" but can also be called "bump and turn" :-)
@myfriendbob100 Prestwick handles many cargo aircraft like 747's antonov 225, 124, 22 and a few other everyday. Prestwick are also taking on flybe this year.
Yes, very excited about that. Although they will only be flying to Jersey. At least initially. I like Prestwick's variety, lots of military planes as well as commercial and cargo
747's are the easiest planes to land i recon
