Clever. "CPR" within 5 min.... So you can do whatever you want as long as he doesn't get brain-damaged in the end? Some of the drown victims who have been revived through CPR but did not get a subsequent medical attention have died due to the left-over water in their lungs a few days later. Drowning and lifeguarding are no laughing matter. I think you'd better advise your viewers of that.

Lightin up!! our job is as stressful as can be especially the kids thats my biggest fear and wut I spend the most time lookin after....I didnt know people (ie) (the dreaded and scournful patron!!!) took swimming so seriously I got into a knife fight at my pool cuz I told a dude he couldnt swim!! At my pool, I had two ADULTS who didn't know they couldn't touch in the 13ft diving well. They jumped in together and neither one of them could swim (at all). Needless to say, I had a double rescue that day!

And we arent shitty guards either cause we get exceeds expectations when we get audited. If you are serious when the pool is open it doesnt matter how you are when its closed and no one is swimming but you.

what is the game or battle they played?

its kinda confusing and there are way too many rules but its basically:

-each person is standing on a kick board and has to knock the other opponents off their kick board. This can be done pretty much any way you want.

-if you are off your kick board then your head needs to be under water and you cannot breathe (or else you lose) until you recover your board under your feet.

-The last person standing on a board wins

Your right this is not a recrument video. But im not going to loosen up and laugh!I take pride in being a lifeguard and so do alot of other people!This video makes lifguards look like we sit there and do nothing and just mess around.If you want to make a video how about making one about what a hard job this really is and how rewarding it is when you save a life. I have made countless rescues including a spinal and 2 uncounsies saves and even if it is a simple save its the most rewarding thing.
