the velcro is around her leg and only attaches were n when her leg touches. you can snatch a kid off n if something really happens they do fall n velcro can't stop them. So all it prevents is falls from sudden spooks n stuff. It is safe. first time i saw it i thought no way. but now i am sold on its usefullness n safety. As a mom it makes me feel safer.

u r soooo welcome! i am a lover of ponies! i have got a couple! i have an appy, clydesdale, arab, quarter horse! but she is 15.1 but i call her pony! haha! and i have a paint he is 14.3 and i have a wlesh mountain pony he is 12.2 and i just LOVE everyone of them!
