I think energy capture and storage has been neglected...good idea...

it's quite true that electrical energy storage is the missing link with the current green power sources that fluctuate with weather and season. it is definitely among the more informed ideas here but it wouldn't be needed with compact nuclear fusion devices that you could put in all vehicles and houses.
