Is this a separate ability, or just a variant of electrokinesis? He might be interacting with the photosensor of the camera, "hacking" the white balance setting. (Likely the way this was actually filmed was an operator manually changing the white balance during the recording.)
Separate ability, similar to the one the guy in the comic used where he glowed.
As for the filming, I did that all by myself, the light editing was actually post-production editing using the only movie editor I have and can use well: Windows Movie Maker. I was hoping for more of a flash but that requires talent with editing, something I lack.
Photokinesis isn't so much the creation of light as it is the manipulation of it, making ot more intense, concentrating it into a single spot and whatnot.
Kinesis is defined as being a reaction to stimulus, thus a kinesis power is just a reaction that involves whatever word is joined with it. Tele means you're reacting with your mind, pyro with fire, etc. Photo means light, thus light manipulation.
Ideally any ability that lets you provoke an unusual reaction that doesn't seem physically possible could be classified as a form of kinesis. Hydrokinesis (water), Aerokinesis (wind/air), Geokinesis (earth), Cryokinesis (cold/ice) are just a few examples. They tend to sound somewhat pretentious however.
As for others:magnokinesis-magnetic fields, cryokinesis-ice, hydrokinesis-water, aerokinesis-air, metakinesis-metal, geokinesis-earth, sonokinesis-sound, then there are foar more powerful ones such as; biokinesis-your own genitic structure, quantokinesis-molecular structture of others, atmokinesis-weather, chronokinesis-time and the most dangerous:necrokinesis-able to instantly kill. Oh I forgot electrokinesis
For anyone who is into any type of kinesis or supernatural learn quantum physics for it can be an intresting subject

Could somone please explain the "kenesis" to me i only know of Telekenesis, and pyrokenesis, apparently photokenesis creates light?
