@fabianmeisterbusch This type of exercise will work your muscles, but you won't "bulk up", except in the sense that your leg muscles will be stronger. Also, please note that muscle, which tends to weigh more relative to the same amount of fat, tends to burn more calories at rest, which is a wonderful thing.

for those who have been asking what is the best time of day to exercise.. it should be when your body temperature has reached its highest point. the body reaches its highest point around the evening. so exercising around 4, 5, or 6 PM is best. this way the muscles bend easier because of your body heat.

@27Energy It's best to do cardio and an ab workout in order to lose belly fat. You can do a thousand sit ups a day, but without cardio you will never get rid of that layer of fat over the muscles. And when you do cardio, your body will determine where to lose the fat first. :-)

i'm trying to lose about half a stone-three quarters of a stone. I go on occasional runs, but in the area i live in, it's not the best place, so i don't go that often. I tend to do about 20-30 minutes of these videos a day, and i watch my calories. To lose my goal amount, am i doing the right amount of these videos? or do i need to do that amount twice a day or something?
anyone ever notice that in order to get fit somone always tells you you have to do a stupid looking dance to get it. why not just go for a nice 30 - 40 min jog daily keep active eat good and you will loose weight

I am glad i found this i have a busy college life and i dont always have time to go to the free gym which is about a 20 min walk away and it is not always safe and this helps me work out everyday and i really sweat i need to lose 35 lbs for my doctor an i hope this helps me.

I bought this round carpet thing and my cardio stuff on it so the neighbours below don't bang on the ceiling :P Its reduces the noise level drastically.. plus it cushions your joints better so its great for knee or ankle problems..
@iiL3Sly Yes. Cardio is over all toning. But I do suguest you go buy a 17 magazine because they have terific workouts for toning. Esspecially this month :)
Also i say do stregth exercises. Lunges(side, front and back.) squats(best things for your thights) and crunches. Oh and pushups. :)

This thing really works. i gained 38lb in 6 months:((( and i couldn't believe.. I got scared. But the HAPPY PART IS I LOST 40lb IN JUST 2 months! Doing every day : Day 1, 2 and 5 for the first 2 weeks, after that i added jump cardio 10 min and now i will add the 10 min kickboxing cardio. Finally I to write a comment about those exercises. I gain 38lb in 6 months, and i was really scared.. I haven't done this workout yet. I'm working on losing weight and toning up with weight training and cardio and other various activities. I do yoga and pilates daily and I'm considering adding a couple of these workouts to my daily routine before the pilates and yoga.... Any suggestions?
This was an awesome workout, I've been lazy lately and this really kicked my but. I'm going to continue doing your workouts twice a day plus walking/joging for about an hour a day. Hopefully I see some results :P

@iiL3Sly Yes. Cardio is over all toning. But I do suguest you go buy a 17 magazine because they have terific workouts for toning. Esspecially this month :)
Also i say do stregth exercises. Lunges(side, front and back.) squats(best things for your thights) and crunches. Oh and pushups. :)

your mood/attitude will improve to be more positive, you will gain energy to do tasks, you will look better to yourself, and others, and you don't thave to feel as bad if you eat some 'bad' food every once in a while :3

Well, cardio like this burns calories, which promotes weight-management and weight loss, not weight gain. But cardio is also really healthy and everyone should do it, even if they don't need to lose or maintain weight. Try strength training to build some muscle!

Do you LOOK too skinny or ARE you too skinny? Everyone always said that I looked way too skinny and even my BMI said I was "underweight." Yet my doctor told me that if I was eating healthy and ate till I felt full, then there was no problem.

Well..I have recently shed almost 10 kgs by doing nothing but having a proper diet...but still i look too much fatty...i.e. i'm not looking slimmer or attractive...so i am looking for videos which will help me to loose weight, burn fat as well as toning my body and making me slim..I just want to know will all these videos help me out???....plz...anyone give me some suggestions...........thanks...........

You should also look at what you are eating and fit in little dashes of exercise. it's just as good as one long workout

This thing really works. i gained 38lb in 6 months:((( and i couldn't believe.. I got scared. But the HAPPY PART IS I LOST 40lb IN JUST 2 months! Doing every day : Day 1, 2 and 5 for the first 2 weeks, after that i added jump cardio 10 min and now i will add the 10 min kickboxing cardio. P.S and eating lots of vegetables, fruits and boiled eggs.. Thank you so much! I'm addicted to this exercises now..

Finally I to write a comment about those exercises. I gain 38lb in 6 months, and i was really scared.. i am doing 3 diffrent kinds of sets everyday which to me only lasts like about 45min of working out.
1.10 min jump rope cardio
2.this video here
3.10min cardio kickboxing i sweat like crazy xD well im done for today i did all 3 and to repeat again tomrrow :)

This is a wonderful, full-body cardio workout! This is the best, IMO, of the Nicole videos. I have a great time every time I do this one, and I always feel so energised afterwards! Thanks so much for posting this!

I haven't done this workout yet. I'm working on losing weight and toning up with weight training and cardio and other various activities. I do yoga and pilates daily and I'm considering adding a couple of these workouts to my daily routine before the pilates and yoga.... Any suggestions?

This was an awesome workout, I've been lazy lately and this really kicked my but. I'm going to continue doing your workouts twice a day plus walking/joging for about an hour a day. Hopefully I see some results :P
