cuz heihachi done it to kayuza when he was a kid to see if he was strong. then kayuza came back in tekken 1 defeated heihachi and threw him off the same cliff he was thrown of. Then finally heihachi returns in tekken 2 and defeats kazuya and throws him into a volcano instead. that the basics off it really

I think it's because after 20 years of letting G corperation experiment on him and try to reveal the secret of his devil powers. Kazuya has now taken full control of the devil but as he says in his ending, he lost part of himself 20 years ago. So now he is able to use his powers whenever and is in a constant state of semi devil form.

So he is basicly half devil and half Kazuya now.

Ogre hadn't fought Heihachi, Jin defeats Heiihachi in Tekken 3 then goes on to Ogre, but everything else you say is true, except maybe that Jin didn't want to kill Heihachi, I always took it as he was out of control so he just flew away crazed by his new power.

But how did Ogre managed to transform in his true form without absorbing Heihachi's abilities? Besides, when Jin transforms into Devil Jin in Tekken 3, que breaks a wall with Heihachi's head, and when he is about to crash, Jin saves Jin by stopping his fall.

Jin beats Heihachi and then beats Ogre orge takes Heihachi's unconscious body and "absorbs him" to become true Ogre. Jin doesn't stop Heihachi's fall he smashes him into the ground and then Flies off, Heihachi is just WAY strong so he survives.

also it's been state that PAUL beat Ogre first but left not expecting True Ogre and when Jin came in he defeated True Ogre. That's the official story but, Ogre and Heihachi never fight, Heihachi uses Ogre,
