Personally I love Child Lilith better than Adult Lilith. I can understand why the writers turned her into an adult (First thing she does in her "true" form is try to seduce Sam, which wouldn't work as a kid ) but I think the child version is far creepier, given the fact that she' so adorable and it masks the horrifying beast raging within her. If Dean is terrified of a bubbly little girl, imagine what she'd be like when she was angry. (We saw a glimpse of it when she killed "Grandpa.")

It's kinda funny to imagine if you've never seen the show, and all you see is a grown man cowering from a little girl.
