you might have a bent main shaft, or bent fethering shaft check that? causing that wobble also check your blade tracking

have the same problem, I changed the blades and it works better but vibrato remain existent, If you found the problem give me an information

To verify / change:

align the main rotor blades, check everything with Screw-pitch gauge ...

Then look at 3:10 for the normal speed version - shakes the crap our of it!!!!

Look at the slowed down version at 0:47sec - you can see the gears flexing under the vibration
