Magic's passing skills were good, not great. That over-emphasized no-look could get very annoying to watch at times. Magic generally couldn't make a jump shot to save his mother's life. He would not be nearly as popular if he went by just plain Earvin Johnson. A top 10 PG of all time for sure, but probably not top 5.
