How To Write A Script: Character Identification

Character Identification is so important! There are many low budget films I have seen where I just do not like or identify with the main character or others. Pixar is the best at making us love characters like rats that cook or little fish in big oceans.

First few shots of any character needs to be DRIPPING in as many of these ideas as possible. If viewers do not like your characters, they do not care what happens to them in Act 2. Even your antagonists have to be likeable in some way.
