Excellent sandwiches. I bought Philippes mustard ( and 2 aprons, for my Wife and I ) and we're going to try and duplicate these sandwiches at home this week!

@mrearlygold I used to take the train to Disneyland from San Diego but now that I am in Ventura, I come from the opposite direction, so I go right to Union Station. Maybe next time I go I'll step off and walk to Philippes then get on the next one

They serve good sandwiches at Philippe's. But they're not as great as these people make them out to be and certainly aren't worth $6 each. I've had better tasting food for less dough. I guess you pay for it being Los Angeles' oldest restaurant.
