  • that shit is demonic. a hell hound. it's a cross between a pig, horse, dog and damn rat. where the fuck is the tail??? & he's walking it like it's a dog. wtf ....

  • @xchethomasx ? it's a gianthamster commonly from Venezuela.

  • @S4TuR0S its scary looking to me.

  • IT'S NAME IS GARY?!?!! AWWWWWWW

  • Is it hard on their feet to be on the rocky gravel

  • @demondayssean They don't seem to mind.

  • @TravelTog Yeah it's just their feet look delicate

  • it looks like half bunny half dog half cat

  • I think if u introduce them at a young age to your kids (get them aquainted) and the kids care for it more often (pet it, feed it, run around with it) the Capibara will be just fine unless it has brain damage or some mental illness xD My guinea pigs never bit me unless I teached them to react to a specific gesture. xD they would by anybody if they touch em under their arms. Like grabbing their armpits or their back legs. xD Pets arent aggressive if you dont act like a DICK!

  • @USEYAHOO I DO NOT recommend capybaras for families with young children. Unlike guinea pigs, capybaras are not domesticated animals. They are wild animals with wild animal instincts. Also unlike guinea pigs, they weigh over 100 lbs. A bite from a guinea pig can be painful and even leave a scar. A bite from a capybara could take off a finger and virtually any capybara bite will scar. Capybaras bite each other all the time but it doesn't normally hurt them. You, or your child, will not be so lucky

  • i thinks he starts running thinking he can get free :(

  • creepy o_O

  • I love their funny little feet. :o)

  • imagine having a capybara infestation instead of a rat infestation.

  • @randomvideos9316 oh my... it would be wonderful *^*

  • the dog is too tired to walk, take the giant hamster instead

  • Do they have razor sharp teeth? Will it break the skin?

  • Do they poop giant pellets? How do they smell? Do they act like dogs? Are they intelligent?

  • Because walking a dog is too mainstream.

  • its like the offspring of a dog and a guinea pig

  • I had a girl ask me what kind of ANIMAL my chihuahua was. I'd love to walk around town with one of these and see what kind of reaction I would get.

  • Since this is a rodent does it have to chew on something to keep it's teeth from overgrowing? Does he/she chew your furniture? Are there any downsides to this type of pet?

  • My capybara follows me almost anywhere, except when i say mishka nute, idk why she stops movin when i say it lolol, and his name is Vorschevsky haha

  • Where are you aloud to keep Capys?

  • so gute

  • i want one so bad!!! i have a guinea pig though which is the mini version

  • Deer Santa....

  • OMG I love capybaras!

  • where did you buy it?

  • He's cute and all, but it seems wrong having a traditionally undomesticated animal and treating it like a pet. Is he a rescue?

  • >.>

  • This was cute until I saw the leash.... Take that fucking leash off mother fucker! You have some nerve.

  • @auntichewy the leash is to keep him safe. You're the one with the nerve...

  • Wow. Such hatred. Would you say that to someone in the park with their dog?

  • are they nice like that or do they bite a lot

  • do they like to be treated like dogs? like can you pet and cuddle with them?

  • are they pets?PLEASE ANSWER!!

  • @dawnlasure Yes, he is a pet, although they are not commonly kept as pets. You can read all about him in my blog.

  • @caplincapybara This is pretty cool, ive always liked them, i think they have a unique "cuteness" to them.

My question real quick, how hard are the to care for? special needs or ? and are they family friendly? (lots of kids around me)

  • @PurpleMinionsAreOP Capybaras are very demanding as pets. As with any exotic animal, a lot of human interaction is needed to overcome a capybara's natural fears and instincts. Plus they need a large area to graze in and a pool for swimming. Given that they have incredibly sharp teeth, weigh over 100 lbs and can be aggressive, I do not recommend them for families with children.

  • @dawnlasure no he just captured one from the wild and happened to put a leesh on him

  • wow that is big but i want one

  • lol it's like a dog, but it's a giant rat.

  • damn nizza needs to be in some water

  • I WANT ONE.

  • Giant hamster.. at least you could fine it, if it ever broke out of cage lol. Still haven't found my hamster I lost about 7 yrs ago!

  • @jollygreenjordo Follow the flies.

  • @jollygreenjordo Follow the flies.

  • funny looking dog xD kidding

  • @nocoolname1 Who said every animal has to be cute? If it is not cute, does it make it less worthy? I guess then people who are not models or superficially beautiful are less important, and not worth the same, then? *sigh* people these days....

  • aww they are so cute i wonder can they be kept inside as housepets

  • ewwww now its in california

  • I would be so scared if I saw this in somebody's house LOL.

  • I just love the look. He's like, "Why am on this damn leash, paaaalease."

  • He is adorable :)

  • who was he talking to?

  • Poor Gari. Good video. I can what's wrong.

  • is it a huge chore to pick up the poop of a capybara? :p or is it more like guinea pig poop

  • @raz0r878 Gari goes in a 'poop bowl.' He is trained.

  • @KerryAnnePhysics Oh, thanks for the reply! Gari is very smart.

  • cuteeeeeeeeeeeeee

  • He's doing very well on the leash! And he likes to go fast! I guess he is feeling pretty good by now, too. What a relief!
