If Jiraya knew what Pein to kill first, so the others won't get resurrected he would have won and that's all there is to it. Jiraya is the strongest character in the manga, I don't care what you Itachi fan girls and boys say. Itach was strong, but he would have lost to both Pein and Jiraya. You guys think way too much of Itachi, Sauske and Naruto. Naruto was able to beat the Peins because he knew everything about them, thanks to (mostly) Jiraya and Kakashi.
