your bass is soo stiff, let the leg play with some feeling. I got a feeling u just learned this one, DONT RUSH IT TO YOUTUBE. get perfect at it then post (in my opinion)

A few notes:

the intro - the first hit is snare+open hihat

overall - work on your bass drum, it's the thing that's most off here

verses - the ride is just 8ths not 16ths

chorus - the kick issue most prominent

"i wish I could..." - dtto, you are playing it completely wrong, work on that.

it's not bad at all, it's very promising, just practice a bit more, good luck m8.

I used to use Windows movie maker (the software that comes with windows) at first but Sony Vegas is way better (and you can add some effetcts like compression and reverb) So i would use Sony Vegas if i had to use any software... but i don't ! Because i'm recording the drums + the music track at the same time with a mixing console, wich is way more convenient and fast ! But i still use Windows Movie maker as capture software cause its like 2 clicks and save :) Cheers !
