For you wondering if it sounds like hc punk or black metal, to me it sounds like Hellhammer, the 1983 album. Before they became Celtic Frost. Sure they're related, just like all rock'n'roll is related. I think Carpathian Forest played Venom's Warhead on their 1992 demo.
