Ah Ashton Court festival about 88 or so watchin these lot and thinking, at last a Bristol band I can really connect with..............could have been so much
do you know when you play songs and you yube recomends songs to play this was one and to my shame i had never heard it before. brilliant keep right on .sorry just going to play it again
Saw them in Sherborne c.1987?, with the Coltranes (Coltranes then tipped for bigger things. Some bitching ensues between Flatees and the 'Tranes to do with rich boy guitarists or something. Crowd of at least 15 go crazy and Ribena is spilt. Happy days?
ahh dear old Subway records plasticbag folded paper record sleeves. What a lovely jangly sound thet made. Saw them once as support to The Wedding Present and I think the Close LObsters at Brixton Academy in either 86 or 87.Happy days.
