Leaders of Africans are biiiiig DISGRACE! All they talk about is MONEY MONEY MONEY, yet no single Individual or ordinary citizens get to see a dime of that money, If the have Union that cannot control a single leader like the one in Guinea and Sudan then why in the world do they form the union to begin with?well I can give a piece of advise If your heads are dead, why don't you form a single policy that says NO LEADER WILL STAY IN OFFICE AFTER 8 or 10 yrs and set an ECONOMIC goals for them .

@margaret1353 And you can set the goal for them to fellow up by the end of their 2 terms in which they must complete and be hold responsible if not completed and also set a what we called a watch dog teem who will monitor it to make sure the job gets done, why don't you set up a private Investigation teem that monitor these leaders activity, make sure they're not stealing Government Money,I don't see any thing difficult in Implementing these rule unless you're one of them.
