@awsomeshow620 Calm down, calm down... XD First of all, you don't "need" any program. I've actually gone back to paper and pen myself... (Ha, what, three years later?)

The program is Adobe Photoshop CS3. It's very expensive, especially the up-to-date versions. I was lucky enough to get this program from a friend, and I don't use it anymore.

Try Adobe Photoshop Elements 8 or 9 to start with. I use it now and I can draw much better than this. Pen and paper is really irreplaceable, though!

for the ears...I'd recommend you just start out with triangles and do what seems right with them...for the mouth... start out with a sideways 3 and go from there...

@ampcorp, the shading is a seperate layer drom the color and lines. its drawn in black, then the opacity is brought down. it doesnt work on paint. hope this helps!!!!!
