People watching this video can come to their own conclusions. This happened on a public street. There is no expectation of privacy and no consent is needed.

Besides, this is never going to go to trial.  99% of all charges end up in a plea bargain.

@candlstudios Irregardless of the public rout and transit street witch this took place on there's still laws protecting minors in any case and this is incriminating because there's been no trial or plea bargain.
