(An event occurs that causes selection) Kill all people who dont have big ears. This is an easy assumtion to make, since whenever someone has good traits, they will survive. Look around you, do you see all the different races of people? that's down to selective breeding and geographical adaptation. Do you own a dog? a horse? a cat? Sheep? albeit human accelerated, the principle is the same. selective breeding and geographic adaptation. Now try the same over the course of 4 billion years. so because you can extrapalate a conclusion based on short run testing it then becomes fact? facts are observable, that means in order for evolution to be fact we would need to grow life from a "soup" in lab simulating primordial earth conditions, which can not be done because anything that they have tried has created new problems even with all of their tinkering and fine tuning of conditions... so until that happens it is a theory not a fact

Its not really a question as to whether evolutino occurs. (Given a random population)Take 10 ppl, some big eared ppl, some small eared people some medium eared people. (An event occurs that causes selection) Kill all people who dont have big ears. This is an easy assumtion to make, since whenever someone has good traits, they will survive. The ones without the favorable trait dies/or doesnt reproduce fast enough. Your successive populations has more Big eared ppl, till no others exist.

I had been taught that we were not sure as to whether birds evolved from dinosaurs.
Your flood idea & young earth idea does not support the evidence of several mass extinctions.
These recent fossil findings don't disprove evolution. It merely demonstrates that scientists are doing their job by attaching a proper lineage based on current evidence.

Anatomically they have similar structures, go look at one
