I still record in the car alot though not as much as i did before the wreck.Back pain is bad i've screwed mine up ten times atleast though i usually cant afford any pills so it's just laying in bed for a week or on the floor or outside in the yard.I hate getting sick with no sick time i can't believe i've only missed one day this year at work.I'll be at blog just tweet the time.

yeah. this is the first time ive had insurance enough to be able to get pain pills. before it was just be miserable. of course this was the first time i'd actually sprained it, rather just pulled a muscle. its never taken 2 weeks to heal before. i'm getting old or something ;-)

How did you manage to injure your back? A chair did *what* to you?

Just a tip: If you need to sleep on the floor you may want to get a harder matras on your bed. Your back will love you for it.
