Olympic boycotts don't work. They didn't work with Moscow in 1980 and nothing shows that they will with Beijing in 2008. It would only be labeled as a "win" for politicians who headed the boycotts. Boycotts only strip athletes from the greatest and most memorable moments in their careers and lives. However,I do support any athletes that CHOOSE to not compete in the Games,or show their support for Tibet and Human Rights during the Games, whether it be by not attending the Opening Ceremony, etc.

Olympic boycotts don't work. They didn't work with Moscow in 1980 and nothing shows that they will with Beijing in 2008. It would only be labeled as a "win" for politicians who headed the boycotts. Boycotts only strip athletes from the greatest and most memorable moments in their careers and lives. However,I do support any athletes that CHOOSE to not compete in the Games,or show their support for Tibet and Human Rights during the Games, whether it be by not attending the Opening Ceremony, etc.

Innocent Arabs? I don't think we kill "innocent" Arabs. I agree we had no reason to go into Iraq, but we sure as hell had a reason to go to Afghanistan. Those "innocent" Arabs threw two of our own planes into the World Trade Centers, the Pentagon, and a field destroying our Economy and thousands of lives. Boycotts or not, the Olympics will still go on.
