The whole video has the brightness turned up too high, thats why it all looks white.
The reason she looks transparent/like a ghost is because there's a sheet of glass between jack and juliet and the camera is on jacks side, looking through the glass towards juliet. The reflection of the table on jacks side is over juliet, so combined with the "ghostly white" shade of the whole video, it makes juliet look like a ghost

...why is this an easter egg? Just looks like the turning point of an episode, plus the second half gets broken up :s I was asking the question whether or not that's true though, as a lost fan :D
