Yeah, if you stick with the program you will see results. Some people will see results on day 1, some people won't. By that I mean scale wise. The body is definately changing though. Day 1 results definately shouldn't be as phenomenal as the end results. Reason is this is the fastest way I've ever seen to build lean body mass, and lean body mass is what increases metabolism and helps to burn fat faster in the long run.
Yes, you might even see weight gain. Until muscle starts helping out
Sure! I really just extend my legs in a vertical splits and support my body weight with my arms and fight to keep my body upright. So instead of the yoga pose that Shaun T goes into from the hip flexor stretch, I just go into splits and over time, I have gotten lower in my splits :)
Actually no... I have just tightened up, I like the shape of my body better, I guess you can say... but it's only the first month, and a 60 day program (and my eating hasn't been perfect) so I'm waiting til day 60 before I get too disappointed :) and my performance has gotten a lot better. I thought I lost two lbs, but I keep fluctuating within 2 lbs. Keep on keeping on!
The majority of the heat in your body escapes from your head. One of the most important things we have (the Brain) must not overheat. Thus you sweat more from the head.
I wasn't being OCD... That''s kinda not even the definition of OCD, There's an actual purpose to me wanting to do both sides. OCD would be a little more irrational...like I must do 17 repititions exactly before moving onto the next move or I will be full of anxiety all day. That kind of thing.
Agreed. A failed attempt at levity. I noticed the missing stretch as well. Side note...symmetry compulsion is a form is OCD. Lining up media collections, methodically matching colors, touching objects in even numbers, equal repetitive actions on right and left, and keeping money in order by denomination are symmetry compulsions related to OCD. Don't believe me google it. ;-)

Congrats. I am into week 2, but I am a little disappointed because according to the scale, I have gained 4 pounds. Have you lost any weight?
