  • Was that the first pistol she's handled? She really didn't seem interested, did she? Lame duck.

  • She doesn't really seem that interested.

  • i cant find this gun anywhere. where can i buy it?

  • @97blueninja Why would you? Other than the new Sarsilmaz K2 pistol, the rest of EAA pistols are JUNK!

  • @MrDannees ive come to realize that i like kimber much better. i have changed my mind since then. i thought it was a nice looking gun at the time. i guess i want fascinated with the idea of owning a 1911 style gun for cheap.

  • @MrDannees Um, EAA doesn't make pistols. Tanfoglio is the maker and they are very good Italian guns. Don't knock anything you haven't even touched...

  • @yusoweird WOW! You REALLY need to learn literacy. Before you get your skidmarked panties in a twist, when did I say EAA ever made pistols?!? Secondly, Tanfoglio USED to make a decent pistol named Witness (which is a CZ knock off) after they got the heat treat process right and UNTIL they switched from flat slide rails to convex ones which ALL crack (and some KABOOM) which mr. tanfoglio claims never happened until i sent him a few DOZEN reports of it and suddenly he forgot how to respond!

  • @MrDannees Um, YOU need to learn literacy, LOL. I never said that you said EAA doesn't make pistols. Secondly, the crack slide reports happened in a OLDER (not the oldest) 10mm small frame CZ clone. If you are up to date, you will know that their large frame CZ clones does NOT have that issue. Learn to keep up to date before you knock again...

  • @yusoweird Honestly I WAS wanting one in 10MM that is until a few years ago when they changed the slide rail design on ALL caliber witness pistols! And NO, it wasn't JUST on 10MM models that have had MAJOR FAILURES, its been on ALL calibers. So if the platform cracks on a 9x19mm than how can it handle a .40SW? And if the .40sw cracks it sure as shit can't handle the all mighty 10MM! Maybe instead of spending hours on Modern Warfare games you should spend it on studying guns and how they work!

  • @yusoweird It seems that the witness was the only handgun you can afford, so it MUST be the end all be all and the rest of the handguns MUST be crap, right?!? Also, before trying to start shit with a master gunsmith, I suggest studying for hundreds of hours on ALL firearms and ALL designs! Do you even know what slide rails are OR what convex means WITHOUT looking it up? Lastly, if you EVER want people to believe you, don't use sayings such as LOL-you sound like another 12yo Call Of Duty DOUCHE!

  • @MrDannees First of all, you reply is nothing more than an immature insult and does not address the argument. Secondly, you failed to comprehend my responses. I already AGREED with you that the "small frame" version of their older generation Witness had the crack slide issue. Their newer "large frame" version does NOT. But yet, you totally ignored those facts and continued to act like the 12 year old that you are accusing me of. I stand correct...

  • @yusoweird instead of watching 2 sweaty half naked men going at it with a ufc logo on their undies, DO RESEARCH! Cracking form heat treat process and slide rail failure are 2 DIFFERENT THINGS! The heat treating was corrected about a decade ago and the witness was great, that is, until about 2 years ago or so tanfoglio decided to change the slide rail design from flat TO convex, that's why they have had DOZENS of failures over the past few years DUE TO SLIDE RAILS REGARDLESS OF FRAME SIZE!

  • @yusoweird Oh yeah, and your whole 'reply whining' about me and my "not understanding"?!? Your lurking troll self wanted to revive a post that has been done for OVER 4 months! And all just because someone had an opinion that is, god forbid, different from yours. How sad your life must be, but honestly, I hope things start going good for you and you learn to mature with a humble understanding.

  • @yusoweird You are probably an employee or Mr tanfoglio himself.

Not only have I "touched one" I have 1.) Serviced quite a few 2.) Shot quite a few 3.) Actually witnessed one KABOOM, after being fired by an owner who failed to realize the slide cracked (Due to the shitty new convex slide rails) so please don't start something you have NO IDEA about.

Oh yeah, EAA may not manufacture any firearms, but they do have THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Also, the EAA 1911 is just a RIA thats marked EAA.
