True. It might be the majority of those who bowl on forgiving conditions he might be targeting, because that's what we do. :)
But you're right, we don't always go from the outside of the ball...we do because that's what the condition gives us. If it were different, many of us can change hand positions.
Too bad he knows so much that he isn't on the Tour now. He has been trying and still could not make it...the guy is smooth as butter but can't seem to make it. He needs to eliminate arrogance and work on his game and maybe people can hear what he says.

well i met him and he wasnt very friendly. A lot of people say he isnt. He is a super bowler though. Great tech' and beautiful game

actually i met machuga that week, and talked to him quite a bit. he was great and very sincere, i think hes a great bowler and person
