population is growing rapidly, where the hell people would live in such a tiny island? more vehicles on the road than human beings? yes we need wide and efficient roads. No one talks about restoring the law and order. or the ever growing cost of living -which is too on the express lane! my heart goes out to the people who struggle to find even one meal a day. I wish the government would do something soon to eradicate poverty.- the way in which govnment. stopped the war. I'm sure they can!

Normally an expressway should be included a concrete wall or any other system in the middle of the road to separate the both ways.

But in this expressway doesn't have such wall or anything..

Why is that ????????? It will be a DEATH ROAD....!!!!

what the hell of this ???? Not only at 0.53, but also at 1.47 ...... If anybody in a speed of 120 kmph on that bend, he'll have to go to the heaven..... Could anyone pls advice wts that bend ???

yes I know we atleast have something, but I hope this looks different when it is finished.. by the looks of it doesnt look like a expressway.. this will be a waste of money if not done properly.. as there will be plenty of accidents, driver and passenger risk of death.. and the expressway will end up having a speed limit of 70km..

Stop looking for mistake. We are in Sri lanka. Still we cannot make strait road like other countries. But still they trying to do something better for the people. You are the people who gonna benefit it. So think positive

Very nice and keeping up with changing times. But what about the road discipline, handling the newly gained freedom of speed. Our drivers, are they ready to change? I hope they are.

Very good point.. I hope the drivers especially the bus & trishaw drivers get the proper discipline.. Hope the traffic laws are made more stringent....

Good point. But i think trishaw drivers should not allow to go in the highway. because they cannot cope up with the speed. or else they should be given a separate lane...
