Democracy is by truth, the ability to be a free soul. To recognize your own pursuits, to think and speak freely, to communicate and compromise when needed. A normal person does what's right. If you cannot do what's right, ie murder theft etc., then you forfeit many rights. You then have to compensate or answer for your actions. A person's soul is not to be imprisoned just because they were born. Democracy in a proper sense is the answer. Not a Republic, which obscures issues in a step backward.

They are not all Mexican troops, some are narco traffickers in military fatigues, they get caught or killed down here all the time by the real Mexican troops. There might be a joint operation going on with the US millitary, but no word of it has leaked down here at leas as far as i know.
What im saying is that down here anybody can go to a flea market and buy a used US or Mexican army fatigue, not a fake one, a real used one, with the name still on it, and pose as a soldier.

The OK City bombing was either an option play or a double-cross. They could have framed John Doe #2, the Middle-Eastern man, but chose McVeigh to further their agenda. Or, Tim was told to set-up John Doe #2 as an Iraqi, but was made a patsy.
