Btw, here's a hint for people who want to prevent their jar of tahini from harding into cement in the jar. After you 1st open it, stir in some lemon juice. I find this prevents the tahini from hardening.
Wooah, this just blew my mind. I absent mindedly looked up a video about hummus, then I saw the acadia university logo at the beginning of the video, which is where I go to schhol, haha.
I love hummus! What my friends and I would do is buy pita bread at the store and then toast it. It was like chips and dip, only healthy. :) Too bad about the carrot cake -- we all have disasters in the kitchen from time to time.
you could've just skipped your ugly comment.. as long as no for hummus or even pita , I don't see anything else in this video that would attract you to come and see it, or even search it except the hummus and the pita..
this sounds like food pr0nz

this is not the real recette for the pita bread. we put only farine and water with sugar (a lot) and un peu de sel, then un peu d'huile
alwa3dalsadek 4 years ago
i dont think that a lot of un peu de sel is good for health.. but a bit of un peu d'huile is just fine ..
PureJerashi 4 years ago
