dont normally comment but hes punching shoulder height, stating the obvious..hooks should be head height. his 1st example of 'how not to do it' was actually closer to how it should be done

@rberry978 Actually, no. The hook should be about shoulder height assuming your opponent is roughly your height. This is because you don't want to hit their head, you want to hit their chin.
