Some politician promised to pay for them for some big project they did. But instead of paying them this politician spent the money on elections. You want another update about Filipino doctors INCOMPETENCE?,.From January - June 2008,the Hospital Ng Makati, had 70 baby deaths due to neo-natal-sepsis, and 120 babys were also infected but survived,this was never brought to attention,until 23 of the mothers complained about their babys death,those death cases were never reported even to the Dept.Of Health...why?, BECAUSE THE DOCTORS IN THAT HOSPITAL WERE HIDING THE CASES! @dapadapa456 Get your facts straight CL emergency room doesn't cater to pregnant patients it's the OB-GYNE the one incharged pregnant patients and the waiting time is not because of patients who doesn't have money it's the number of patient:nurse ratio and the availability of supplies and oxygen in the ward that make patients wait.

I've had a nephew and he had a heart surgery because his major veins weren't in the right places. We had that surgery in Manila and bear in mind that kid we are talking about is still a baby so don't tell me that most of the doctors in the Philippines are incompetent.
