Fun fact, a Nopperabou, or Noppera-bō, is a Japanese folkloric monster resembling a human without a face. From wikipedia: "Noppera-bō are known primarily for frightening humans, but are usually otherwise harmless." So basically it's very appropriate for Darkseed, a game known for its scares but in practice is mostly just a bunch of fumbling illogical puzzles.
