I have 2004 saab aero , and it only get 5 psi, i know it should gov to 14psi. And no check engine light..

Intake, Full 2 1/2" exhaust, Turbo XS dual stage boost controller, Greddy Type S BOV, flashed, lower intercooler pipe, Cry O2 intake and intercooler spray bar, and some 94 octane. Not as much as I want but it'll do for now.
